A citizen who attempted to break up a fight has been charged jointly with the aggressor for Sec 20 GBH. The Crown Prosecution Service charged the defendant on the basis that his involvement made him a part of the fight. The defendant is denying the charge and will be tried at Wood Green Crown Court.
National Crime Agency prosecution of large scale Conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs – March 2015
S A Law Chambers instructed to represent a Defendant appeared before Kingston Crown Court charged with Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs following an investigation by the National Crime Agency. The street value of the drugs has been estimated to be over seven million pounds.
