Siddik was admitted as a Solicitor in April 1997 and holds a Masters Degree in Law. He established SA Law Chambers Solicitors in April 2002 and is the Managing Director of the Company. Under his guidance and leadership, SA Law Chambers has grown to being one of the most successful and professional establishments in East London.
Since March 1999, he has been a duty solicitor, representing clients at Police Stations and Courts. Due to the depth and breadth of his experience, Siddik is often required to attend police stations nationally with clients often seeking his experience and advice even though the matters are located many 100’s of miles from London.
He is the Head of the Serious Crime Department within the firm having dealt with a wide variety of grave and serious cases ranging from complex multi-handed Fraud to Murder and Terrorism. He has particularly extensive experience in dealing with serious fraud cases providing prompt and clear advice at an early stage and also clarifying issues in matters that are voluminous and which require expertise and knowledge in cell-site, computer and forensic analysis. Many of the cases Siddik has dealt with have attracted media attention due to the seriousness of the matters and also public and natural interest.
He represents clients facing investigation or prosecution from authorities including the National Crime Agency, Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs, Ministry of Defence, Serious Fraud Office, Serious Case Unit of Crown Prosecution Service, Department of Work & Pensions, Home Office and other Prosecuting Agencies.
In recent times, Siddik has also involved in sports related law and in particular, the fixing allegations surrounding and in relation to the Bangladesh Premier League which have had international importance and significance.
Although he has predominantly practised throughout his career in the London/Essex area, Siddik has clients throughout the United Kingdom. As a solicitor, he has built up his reputation with his meticulous paperwork and passionate advocacy.
Siddik’s attention to detail and insistence that all cases are treated to the highest level has meant that he has concentrated his efforts on maintaining his strict administrative principles and client care based approach to managing the firm. This dedication to exemplary professional standards and sensitivity to clients needs has driven the firm from a small high street practice to one of the largest practices with multiple departments.
Despite his busy work commitments, Siddik also devotes time and assist various charitable organisations in the United Kingdom and Asian sub- continent. In particular, Siddik sponsors for the upbringing and education of young children in the slums of India.
Siddk is fluent in Tamil and can also speak French.
